## The same passenger office, on your own public account

This page shows the half of a messaging channel that decides whether it is useful: an assistant that knows the real fare rules, opens a case as a structured record with a reference the passenger can quote, and reads a signed-in traveller's own cases back without a booking code.

1. Point the assistant at your site so your own fare rules, case types and timings become the answers it gives, as published content rather than a re-typed copy.
2. Expose the board as a small MCP server: the cases you take, a lookup by reference and email, and a read that only answers for the signed-in person.
3. Give the case tool an action card, so a stranded passenger taps three fields instead of composing a paragraph at one in the morning.
4. Wire the identity hand-off so a returning traveller's own cases answer without a booking code they no longer have.
5. Connect the public account last, once the answers hold up — the reply window punishes a channel switched on before the assistant was ready.

### What runs on this page

### What is seeded rather than connected

- There is no Viber public account behind this page. Nothing typed here reaches Viber, and no Viber service is contacted at any point.
- Danube Line Coaches is an invented operator. The routes, the departures, the address, the telephone number, the email, the fares and the cases are all fictional — nothing here dials or reaches anybody.
- Cases opened here live in memory until this demo restarts. No terminus is searched and nobody in an office is notified.
